Originally from Fort Scott, KS, Bailey graduated from University of Kansas in 2010, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. She then went on to receive her Masters Business Administration in Management and Leadership in 2018. Bailey recognizes the need for professional development in order to stay on top of new trends and technology. She is best known for her negotiating skills and for providing the highest level of service possible.
Bailey’s attention to detail and her knowledge of the Kansas/Missouri real estate market have made her invaluable to her clients. She recognizes the importance of property as investment as well as home. Bailey is willing to spend as much time as it takes for each one of her clients to be satisfied. As a result, a large percentage of Bailey’s clients are referral based.
Bailey is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kansas Association of Realtors, and Kansas City Board of Realtors. In addition she holds the GRI designation (Graduate, Realtor Institute).
Bailey lives in Fort Scott, KS with her husband, Nate, and 4 children. Bailey takes pride in being an active participant in the community and currently sits on the Fort Scott Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and coaching her son’s sports teams. She enjoys interior design, contemporary art, movies, sports, and spending time with her family.

Ryan spent 20 years in education at both the secondary and post-secondary levels.
During his tenure at Fort Scott Community College, he served as the agriculture department chair and meats judging coach. He also has previous experiences in agriculture equipment and livestock feed sales.
Throughout these experiences, he has enjoyed building and fostering relationships with students, consumers, and producers. “My passion for agriculture, customer service, and conservation inspired me to pursue a real estate license.” Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and raising cattle.
