Originally from Fort Scott, KS, Bailey graduated from University of Kansas in 2010, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. She then went on to receive her Masters Business Administration in Management and Leadership in 2018. Bailey recognizes the need for professional development in order to stay on top of new trends and technology. She is best known for her negotiating skills and for providing the highest level of service possible.

Bailey’s attention to detail and her knowledge of the Kansas/Missouri real estate market have made her invaluable to her clients. She recognizes the importance of property as investment as well as home. Bailey is willing to spend as much time as it takes for each one of her clients to be satisfied. As a result, a large percentage of Bailey’s clients are referral based.

Bailey is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kansas Association of Realtors, and Kansas City Board of Realtors. In addition she holds the GRI designation (Graduate, Realtor Institute).

Bailey lives in Fort Scott, KS with her husband, Nate, and 4 children. Bailey takes pride in being an active participant in the community and currently sits on the Fort Scott Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and coaching her son’s sports teams. She enjoys interior design, contemporary art, movies, sports, and spending time with her family.

Originally from Frontenac, KS, Chelsea made the move to Fort Scott in 2012 and fell in love with the community. My husband and I have two boys (4 and 6 years old).
 
She started her career out in health care and worked for the Mercy Physicians Group. From there she transitioned to Mercy ER until the closure of the hospital. Up until recently she held a position at the office of Dr. Katrina Burke. 
Her interest in Real Estate started when her and her husband purchased their first home and did a full renovation on the property. “It was such a rewarding experience to be able to create our own space and watch it transition into our family home.”  The more she researched and learned about a career in real estate, the more she fell in love with the idea of getting to help other clients and families find their dream homes. She want to be able to help others experience that rewarding feeling of becoming a homeowner.
She was immediately drawn to Lyons Realty Group for that reason. Upon meeting with Bailey it became clear that the mission of Lyons Realty Group was to truly serve the client and give them the best possible experience when purchasing or selling their home, which made it a great fit for her. After working in health care for the last 10 years, she is excited to be able to serve the community of Fort Scott and surrounding areas in a new way.

Ryan spent 20 years in education at both the secondary and post-secondary levels.
During his tenure at Fort Scott Community College, he served as the agriculture department chair and meats judging coach. He also has previous experiences in agriculture equipment and livestock feed sales.

Throughout these experiences, he has enjoyed building and fostering relationships with students, consumers, and producers. “My passion for agriculture, customer service, and conservation inspired me to pursue a real estate license.” Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and raising cattle.

Bill is no stranger to rural living, in fact, that’s what he prefers. He moved to Fort Scott in 1994 from a rural community in Central Illinois, and has enjoyed building a life in this community ever since. While Bill is new to real estate, he is not new to customer service and helping people. He has worked in sales and service his entire life, and is passionate about exceeding his customer’s expectations.
Coming originally from the farm lands in Illinois, Bill has working knowledge of agricultural properties and their uses. Bill’s father was a carpenter giving him knowledge of general construction. His diverse background makes him well-qualified to help with any facet of real estate whether it be agriculture, residential, or commercial. No matter the type of real estate Bill is helping you with, there is one thing that will remain constant, and that is his professionalism, dependability, and work ethic.
Bill entered the real estate business in hopes of helping others achieve their goals of property ownership, and he gets great satisfaction out of helping others succeed. Finding the right property for the right person is his newest passion.
